Inside Termondt Tech
How We Use AI at Termondt Tech (and in Syvrona)
At Termondt Tech, artificial intelligence is woven into almost everything we do — from writing and reviewing code to shaping communication, planning campaigns, and running the day-to-day operations of a modern tech startup. We treat AI as a powerful tool, not a replacement for thinking. Careful planning, strong prompts, and thorough human review are at the center of how we work.
Our philosophy: Think first, then invite AI in
Before we ever open an AI chat window, we slow down and think through the problem. What outcome are we trying to achieve? Who are the stakeholders? What constraints and best practices must be respected? Only after we have a clear picture do we bring AI into the process.
This approach keeps AI from becoming a shortcut for skipping hard thinking. Instead, it becomes a force multiplier: once we know what we want, we can use AI to explore options, generate drafts, surface edge cases, and speed up implementation.
Careful prompt building with Syvrona
Our own platform, Syvrona, evolved directly from how we like to work with AI. One of its core ideas is what we call Thought Architect prompt building: taking the time to frame a request clearly, add relevant context, and break complex tasks into smaller, well-structured steps.
In practice, that means we:
- Define the goal and success criteria in plain language.
- Capture the right context (business, technical, and stakeholder details).
- Specify tone, audience, and constraints (for example, frameworks, style guides, or compliance requirements).
- Use Syvrona to save and reuse effective prompt patterns so we are not reinventing the wheel every time.
Syvrona keeps these structured prompts, conversation history, and related notes organized so we can refine them over time, share them across projects, and consistently improve results.
Where AI shows up in our day-to-day work
1. Coding Syvrona and other software
We use AI as a coding assistant, not an autopilot. For Syvrona and other internal and client projects, we rely on AI to help with:
- Exploring implementation options and architectural tradeoffs.
- Drafting functions, tests, and boilerplate code to accelerate development.
- Reviewing code for potential issues, edge cases, and opportunities to improve clarity.
- Checking against best practices in areas like security, performance, and maintainability.
Every AI-generated snippet is reviewed line by line. Final decisions always rest with a human developer who understands the system as a whole.
2. Communication reviews and recommendations
Clear communication is core to good consulting. We use AI to draft and fine-tune emails, proposals, documentation, and client-facing pages, with a focus on clarity and tone. Typical uses include:
- Turning rough bullet points into readable, professional copy.
- Adapting the same message for different audiences (technical vs. non-technical).
- Spotting confusing or ambiguous language and suggesting alternatives.
Everything that goes out to a client is reviewed and adjusted by a human to make sure it is accurate, honest, and aligned with our values and our client’s goals.
3. Image generation and visual concepts
We use AI image generation to explore visual directions for blog posts, landing pages, and social content. It helps us quickly experiment with concepts, layouts, and styles before we commit to a final design.
AI-generated images are treated as starting points. We still apply human judgment for brand fit, accessibility (for example, readability and contrast), and overall professionalism.
4. Technical learning and guidance
Technology moves quickly. Instead of sifting through dozens of articles, we use AI to help us understand new frameworks, APIs, and best practices more efficiently:
- Summarizing documentation and changelogs.
- Comparing different tools or approaches with pros and cons.
- Highlighting potential pitfalls before we commit to a new technology choice.
AI does not replace reading the source docs. It helps us navigate them faster and focus on the most important details.
5. Business admin and operations
AI also supports the less glamorous side of running a company. We use it to:
- Draft internal policies, checklists, and process documentation.
- Brainstorm improvements to workflows and client onboarding.
- Summarize meeting notes and pull out clear next steps.
These tools help us stay organized and consistent without requiring a large operations team.
6. Social media, sales, and marketing strategy
For social media and marketing, AI acts as a strategic and creative partner. We use it to:
- Brainstorm content ideas aligned with our services and audience.
- Draft social posts, headlines, and ad copy, then refine them manually.
- Review landing pages for clarity, relevance, and calls to action.
- Explore positioning and messaging options before we commit to a direction.
Syvrona reflects this workflow: we use the same conversational tools and prompt patterns our clients use to refine their own marketing and communication.
Responsible and human-centered AI use
We take responsible AI use seriously. In practice, that means:
- Human in the loop: No AI-generated work ships to a client without human review.
- Stakeholder awareness: We consider who will be affected by our decisions and ensure AI outputs align with their goals and expectations.
- Privacy and discretion: We avoid sharing sensitive client information with AI tools and use anonymized or abstracted data whenever possible.
- Honest communication: We do not pretend AI-generated ideas are purely “human inspiration.” We are transparent about using AI as part of our process.
Syvrona is built with these same principles in mind: it is designed to support thoughtful, safe use of AI, not unchecked automation.
Why this matters for a startup like ours
As a lean startup, we cannot hire a full-time specialist for every discipline. AI helps us bridge those gaps while maintaining a high bar for quality. With the right prompts, processes, and review, we can:
- Move faster on product development.
- Experiment with more ideas in less time.
- Produce professional-grade writing, visuals, and documentation.
- Stay current on tools and best practices without a dedicated research team.
Most importantly, AI lets us keep our focus where it belongs: solving real problems for clients and building software that genuinely helps people work better.
Bringing the same tools to our clients
Everything we have described here is not just an internal workflow — it is the foundation of Syvrona. The platform brings together conversational AI, structured prompt building, and organized context so that startups, small businesses, and teams can benefit from the same patterns we rely on every day.
Whether we are building a new website, planning an integration, or helping you design your own AI workflows, we use Syvrona and responsible AI practices to deliver work that is thoughtful, efficient, and grounded in real-world needs.
If you are curious how Syvrona and AI-assisted workflows could support your business, we would be happy to talk.
